Buying off plan
How the purchase is structured
An off-plan purchase here is paid in instalments against construction, not in one payment at the end. Money paid before handover does not go to the developer's own account: it goes to the project's escrow account, and the number of that account belongs on the advertisement rather than in a drawer.
What differs between one format and another is the shape of the schedule — how much falls at signing, how much across the build, how much at handover. That shape is set by the developer, and it is published with the price list rather than before it.

What you get, and when
The day Aldar publishes, you have it
Sales of the first homes open in the second half of 2026. What lands at that point is the part nobody can assemble in advance: the price list by format, the instalment schedule attached to each one, and the layouts and areas the schedule is calculated against.
Tell us which of the five formats you are looking at — mansion, villa, hillside villa, waterfront apartment or branded residence — and how many bedrooms. You are sent that format's figures on the day they exist, with the date they were taken and the source they came from printed beside them.
What we will not send you
A range worked out by multiplying an area by an average rate. A price copied from another site without a date on it. A handover year nobody has published. Every figure you get from us names where it came from, or it does not get sent.

Amounts are quoted in AED unless a line says otherwise. Anything we have worked out ourselves is marked as our own calculation and is never attributed to the developer.

The schedule for the format you want
Schedules differ between formats and between the dates a contract is signed. Tell us which one you are looking at and you get the one that applies to it, not a generic version of it.
