Marsa Al Saadiyat was opened on 22 July 2026, when the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi attended the launch. Site enabling and infrastructure works are set to begin in the third quarter of 2026, and sales of the first homes in the second half of the year.
That is the whole of the published programme. There is no handover date yet, and any page quoting you one has invented it.

Who is building it
Aldar is the master developer of Marsa Al Saadiyat and of Saadiyat Island around it.
Marsa Al Saadiyat is entered on the register when it is opened for sale. Until that day it carries neither a project number nor an escrow account, and both are printed here the moment they exist.
They will stand at the foot of every page that names the project. Neither is something a buyer should have to ask for.
